Well, maybe just a little more
surfing...

Another local magazine that has published my work -- defunct, but the
website is still up.

Writers living (I think) in the Twin Cities area (no
stalking, please):
Other Minnesota writers:
- Robert Bly
Iron John; Not sure where he's living these days.
- Tim O'Brien
Currently living in Texas, but a local boy.
Non-local magazines:
- River Styx
Good stuff, although their website is pretty scarce.
- Missouri
Review. Has rejected me more times than I can count. Still, I
keep going back for more.
- Small
Spiral Notebook An interesting name for a web-only magazine.
In any case, SSN is a New York-based mag with great design and good
stories and an incredibly photogenic editorial staff. What more do you
need to succeed?
- Web
Del Sol Tons of stuff here.
Sites for left-wing bedwetters:
- Cursor.org
Local web log of why most everything the current adminstration does is
a bad idea.
- Tom Paine
The radical right's worst fear: critical thinking. Not that anyone's
paying attention, what with all the pretty bombs and stories of
heroism, and, oh, forget it. Support the troops!
- Anarchy
Magazine a journal of desire armed, and other
incomprehensible rhetoric.
- Irregular Times
Hard core left-wing.
Literary and Intersting Blogs
-
Boing Boing,
a compendium of bizzare things you don't need to know.
- Bookslut.
Not as dirty as it sounds. Except when it is.
